Directions
Makes: 6 servings
Toss all these ingredients in a large bowl until the salt and pepper are evenly distributed.
Ingredients:
3 medium Onion, Cut into eigths
6 large Red Potato, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
12 Garlic, whole
1⁄2 teaspoon Kosher Salt, as always, if using regular salt, use half
1⁄2 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
You can cook this two ways. If cooking on the grill, make aluminum foil pouches and put some butter and a sprig of rosemary on top of the other ingredients, seal the pouch, and toss on the grill. If cooking in a 350 degree oven, put everything into a metal (not ceramic) cooking vessel and put the butter and rosemary on top. Either way, cook for about an hour or until the potatoes are fork-tender.
Ingredients:
2 sprigs Fresh Rosemary
1 stick Butter
